Let us take care of picking up your slightly used clothing and other items you want to dispose of, right from your doorstep. Our fleet of trucks criss-crosses the streets of Quebec from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm every day of the week in all weather conditions. Did your garage sale flop? Just give us the clothing you intended to get rid of, all while helping diabetes sufferers!

Here are the steps for pickup:

1. Register by completing the form:

Or call one of our branches to let us know you have used clothing or items to give us. To find the number to dial, visit our Cities Served section.

2. We will take down your name, address and telephone number. We will also take the opportunity to answer your questions.

3. A few days later we will call you to set the pickup date during which one of our courteous drivers will come by to pick up your items.

4. At the agreed upon date, just deposit your goods at the agreed upon location, identifying them with a paper marked with a “D” for “Diabetes” so that our driver knows what to pick up. Please note that the time of pickup is set by the driver at the very day of the pickup. This means that we cannot tell you the specific time of the pickup in advance for your sector.

If everything goes as planned, our driver will pick up your items and give you a “thank you” card. We cannot issue you a tax receipt because only cash donations are eligible for such receipts.

In the event of a change, our driver will leave an “apologies” card advising you that he was unable to pick up the goods. We will then ask that you contact us anew to set a new date, because your donation is very important to us.
