Our 10 trucks travel daily through the streets of Quebec from 07h30 to 20h, rain or shine. Following is a brief description of the steps taken for a pick-up.
First phone one of our offices to let us know that you have used clothing or household items to donate. We also solicit by phone to ask for donations.
We will note your name, address and phone number. At the same time, we answer your questions regarding our support services and your donation.
We will call you back to set a convenient date when one of our courteous truck drivers will pass by to pick-up your donation. Since the pick-up time is only determined by our truck drivers, we cannot tell you the exact time the pick-up will be done in your area.
Put your clothes or goods in a bag at the determined place and have them with a piece of paper that has the mention of D for ‘’Diabetes’’, so that our truck driver will clearly know what should be picked up.
Everything goes as planned: Our truck driver passes by to pick-up your donation between 07h30 and 20h and gives you a ‘’Thank You’’ card. We cannot issue income tax receipts since only money donations are admissible.
If something is wrong: Our truck driver leaves a ''Sorry'' card that indicates that the pick-up was impossible. Then, we ask you to call us back so we can determine a future pick-up date, because your donations are very important.
